The Need for training

People starting out on their Agricultural journey will quickly realise that farming requires a particular suite of skills.

Having worked in the industry for around 35 years. Graham has witnessed many excellent and exceedingly poor examples of farming practices being implemented. Hence the realisation that good quality industry standard training will benefit a range of people ranging from new farmers to young people who are seeking to learn skills that they can take into the rural workplace.
